End-to-end procurement process solution
Local Government Procurement - looking to Improve Existing Processes by giving our staff the ability to access procurement automation to avoid manual administration tasks
LGP is looking for a procurement solution for our organisation.
The solution required is for an end-to-end procurement process including automation where applicable.
The goal is to have a procurement solution where all steps in the process integrate with each other and the various systems in which are incorporated.
Currently LGP is spending 80% of our time on administration tasks, where we would like to only spend 20% on administration tasks.
We are looking for game changing technologies that help us achieve a quantum leap in terms of automation.
Some examples that could be automated include:
- Business information lookup
- Financial checks on businesses
- Director lookup
- Insurance checks and validation
