Engaging & retaining staff in NSW clubs
Clubs NSW - looking to Increase Staff Retention by giving our staff the ability to benefit personally and professionally by connecting with their employer through technology and other means.
ClubsNSW is looking to attract, develop and retain staff by providing club staff the ability to benefit personally and professionally by connecting with their employer through technology and other means.
Established in 1920, ClubsNSW is the peak body for the NSW club industry, representing over 1000 registered clubs and contributing to policy direction, legislation and community sponsorship.
Clubs support over 60,000 jobs throughout NSW, providing over AUD$1.8b in salaries, wages and superannuation, with a 54/46 female to male split and 29% of the teams aged 18-24 and 40% aged 25-44 years.
- What new ways can clubs personalise and engage with staff to attract, retain and develop our employees within our clubs?
- How can clubs utilise technology to stay relevant in an age where staff members have access to enormous amounts of information and options?
Clubs are adopting technologies out of necessity, opening up opportunities to connect with staff members.
We're looking for innovative ideas to retain and attract new staff and enhance the connection clubs have with their employees.
