Member Engagement: Attract & retain club members
Clubs NSW - looking to Increase Customer Retention by giving our customers the ability to access technology and encourage future generations to engage with and enjoy clubs
Clubs NSW is looking to increase member engagement (both current and prospective) by providing interesting and relevant products and experiences. This includes creating opportunities for customers to access technology and encourage future generations to engage with and enjoy clubs. This will position clubs as an attractive option in an age where consumers have enormous choice on where they spend their time, both at work and in their free time.
Established in 1920, ClubsNSW is the peak body for the NSW club industry, representing 1000 registered clubs and contributing to policy direction, legislation and community sponsorship. These clubs are visited more than 100 million times a year.
- What new ways can clubs personalise and engage with their members to deliver high value products and services within our venues?
- How can clubs utilise technology to stay relevant in an age where consumers have enormous choice on where they spend their time, both at work and in their free time?
Consumers have adopted technologies out of necessity, opening brand new opportunities to connect club members through technology.
We're looking for innovative ideas to retain and attract new members and enhance the connection clubs have with the wider community.
